Found:  The Great Barrier Reef (Port Alma, QLD) and the Great Australia Bight (Whyalla, WA).

Protection:  Sea Salt harvesting is probably the most sustainable type of farming (or mining according to the Australian Government) on the planet. Nothing is added in the making of the sea salt, nothing is taken away except water through natural evaporation.

Nutrition:  Has a relative mineral composition almost identical with that of the blood, so when sodium is excreted from the body, other essential minerals salts such as potassium, magnesium and trace elements are also excreted.

Aroma/flavour: Has a distinctly sweet “sea salt” tang.
